  • Added: g_goatSound server cvar to enable/disable goat sounds on knife kills.
  • Added: enemy team objective carry indicator (https://mygamingtalk.com/forums/topic/3165-objective-captured-visual-screen-indicator/). Use g_misc flag 1024 to enable it on the server and cg_objcarry client cvar to enable it in the HUD.
  • Fixed: Players carrying objectives are now shown correctly.
  • Fixed: !useredit was not able to set level higher than 99 when executed as rcon. !setlevel was working correctly.
  • Fixed: The name of the disguised covert op was not drawn to spectators.
  • Fixed: The class icon in the crosshair player name to be the current class instead of the latched class.
  • Fixed: wm_sayPlayerClass now announces the latched class correctly, even when using class swithcer.
  • Fixed: If map voting was enabled but g_mapVoteFlags 4 was not enabled. It was possible to issue multiple votes by hand using /mapvote command.
  • Fixed: debriefing screen buttons didn't handle highlight theme parameter properly.
  • Fixed: The output of finger command didn't show warnings if there were more then 2 in total.

  • Fixed: switching problem with double SMG (https://mygamingtalk.com/forums/tracker/issue-244-cant-switch-to-primary-when-having-two-smgs/)
  • Improved: If player is completely dead in the game, the scoreboard shows the player's latched class to other team members.
  • Improved: UI tabbing to edit field makes it focused.
  • Improved: limbo weapons menu for soldier class.
  • Improved: sort order of the map vote menu map list.

After a year of development, I've decided it's time for a release... Wolf 1.42 (aka iortcw) is an updated game engine for Return to Castle Wolfenstein based on the open source ioquake3 engine. Return to Wolfenstein widescreen update by AidanDemon

Greets for everyone, this little update for mod i've done today for people that playing on widescreen display. Fix based on Patch 1.42c by Knightmare, and i hope it's not too late for everyone who who was waiting for this patch. Tested on 1920x1080p hide detail -

Info: Im not sure, but mp40 damage have to grow up with patch 1.42c (probably) and it easy to kill a zombies in this game now. Anyway i'll fix it, but i dont know how.. yet. If you know or find something, please tell me.

In einem neuen Trailer zu Wolfenstein: The New Order namens "leise oder laut" stellt Bethesda zwei unterschiedliche Vorgehensweisen im Ego-Shooter vor. Das neue Wolfenstein absolviert ihr entweder möglichst lautlos oder mit erbarmungsloser Waffengewalt. Wie das im Spiel ausschaut, erfahrt ihr im Video.

Im nachfolgenden Trailer präsentiert Bethesda zwei Vorgehensweisen in Wolfenstein: The New Order. Der kommende Ego-Shooter lässt sich demnach in zwei unterschiedlichen Wegen absolvieren.
Euch steht beispielsweise zur Wahl, ob ihr Wolfenstein: The New Order möglichst lautlos durchspielt. Ihr schleicht euch an Widersacher heran und schaltet sie lautlos per Nahkampfattacke aus. Geschlossene Türen lassen sich per Dietrich knacken. Wem das nicht zusagt, der absolviert Wolfenstein: The New Order mit erbarmungsloser Waffengewalt. Ausgestattet mit fetten Wummen ballert ihr euch durch gegnerische Truppen, schaltet einen Gegner nach dem anderen aus.

This is a first official release of the game that's powered with ioRtcw engine. It features a lot of new stuff but due share amount of work and lack of time, there are still some bugs present. Bugs are commented in readme file you will be presented at the end of the install process.
Additionally, as you will notice there's a new installer. Project got open source license for BitRock installer, it's a powerful cross platform installer that brings also (auto)update ability so deployment of new releases is now simplified. Note that installer is very powerful and quite complicated to get around at start, so there may be some quirks, if they are please report them so we can fix it.

Allied-attack map Norwegian Battery beta 5 from TWT.

~~~Storyline~~~
The Axis forces have built an anti-ship battery on the coast of Norway, the allies must destroy it in order to guarantee safe passage for all Allied shipping.

~~~New section of the map!~~~
A totally new barack-section is maded to give the map better flow
The new section got 4 enter-able houses.

The allies can acces it eighter by cvops (dressed)(disguised) or by jumps or by destroying the gate.(new)
2h/a cabinets. both on tactical places

+ the very special target (default used for mortars) that shows the place where the keycard is located, (when the keycard is stolen it shows where it should be secured

~~~Fixes~~~
A lot of bugs has been fixed since b4: *construct the commandpost x2 -fixed *3x z-fighting places (flickering shadows)

~~~The Storyline~~~
Allied command has intercepted some secret radio transmissions sent between Axis forces, where there has been talk of an ancient Egyptian shrine which is located deep inside a pyramid. This ancient artifact is said to possess great powers, so the Allied forces hurry to try and to defend the pyramid in order to make the shrine safe. Unfortunately for the Allies, an Axis attack force is already closing in on them.

Thunder: "I will not continue more on this map as I felt I have done what I can with it.
Will release source shortly if someone feel for taking it to a final version."
